  • We at HTB aim to offer a comfortable quiet stay in the heart of the City of Kingston upon Hull. A mix of rooms from single or double through to four bed dormitories – one en-suite, with a six-bed dorm suiting a group or individuals sharing.  Something for everybody of an independent persuasion.

  • But if you really need a TV in your individual room: have a chat with yourself – and book elsewhere…The common room doubles as reception area – and trebles as coffee and drinks space. An area to take an alcoholic (or non) beverage for those staying with us.  A TV is in this room for those in need,  good music on tap also.  Open during the day for passers-by, our aim being a nice place to check in, meet up, take a brew, or even rendezvous after a night in Hull’s great old town Hostelries.

    Kitchenette

At the top of the building on the second floor, offering views out to the Trinity Minster and rooftops of the city. Master chefs might be disappointed, though there is all you’ll need to create your own simple offerings. Basic breakfast items such as cereal, tea and milk usually there – right next to the breakfast honesty box. There is a small supermarket opposite too.

Food and drinks to a minimum within bedrooms please. But if you must, beware the spillage factor and problems of stains and smells that such problems can create. Multiple occupancy is about respecting others as well as your own space, so please do bear that in mind…

    Washing & Cleaning Facilities

Washer and tumble dryer facilities available for a small charge: ask one of the staff who’ll be happy to help.  Hopefully helpful to cyclists and walkers passing through wanting to rest weary legs. And wash the gear.

    Cycle Storage

We’re unashamedly cycle friendly, and to that end have secure cycle storage (but do please use your own security devices too). Hull is ideal to discover by bike – it’s as flat as a pancake. Please let us know that you’d be planning to bring some wheels and we’ll endeavour to make room.

CYCLE HIRE HULL too.  City bikes for a relaxing pedal around,  hybrids for those aiming to explore further.

We hope your stay is a pleasant one with us, but if there is something you think could be improved, please let us know, so that we can improve things for future stays.
